Who we are
This site, jedcore.com, is run by Julian D'Alessandro, trading as Jedcore AI ("Jedcore AI", "we", "us"), registered as a sole trader (monotributista) in Argentina, CUIT [CUIT]. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers the website and the ways you can contact us through it. Information we handle while building a system for a client is covered by that client's written agreement with us.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us and a small amount of anonymous usage information.
- When you book a call: your name, your email address, the time you choose, and your answers to the booking questions (team size, budget range, and, if you write one, the job you'd hand off first). Anything else you choose to add to the booking.
- When you email us: your name, your email address, and whatever you write or send.
- During a call: what you tell us about your business. We don't record calls unless we ask you first.
- When you browse the site: anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked, the referring website, and the type of device and country. This is collected without cookies and without identifying you. See Cookies.
We don't ask for payment details on this site, and we don't collect sensitive information such as health or financial records through it.
Why we use it
- To hold the call you booked and prepare for it, and to reply to your messages. This is needed to do what you asked us to do.
- To follow up about the audit or a build you've shown interest in. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, using anonymous statistics only.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who else handles it
We use a few services to run the site and the calls. Each one processes your information only to provide its service:
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar on the Book page and stores your booking.
- Google provides Google Calendar and Google Meet for the call itself, and Google Fonts, which supplies the site's typeface. Loading the font sends your IP address to Google.
- Cloudflare receives email sent to our @jedcore.com address and forwards it to Google (Gmail), which stores it and sends our replies.
- [analytics tool, e.g. Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics] provides the anonymous usage statistics.
- Payoneer and PayPal process payments for our services. When you pay, they receive your name, email and payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your full card or bank details.
- Cloudflare also hosts the site and may keep short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold, under this same policy.
Cookies
The site itself doesn't set cookies, and our analytics work without them, so there's no cookie banner. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com inside the Book page and may use its own cookies or similar storage to make booking work; those are covered by Cal.com's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and messages for as long as we're in contact, and for up to [2 years] after our last contact if you don't become a client. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the work and any legal record-keeping requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it for follow-ups.
Write to us at the address in Contact and we'll reply within one business day. We'll give you a copy of your information within 10 days, and correct or delete it within 5 business days, the limits Law 25,326 sets. These rights are set out in Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326), and you can complain to Argentina's data protection authority, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). Depending on where you live, for example the UK, the EU, California, Canada or Australia, you may have further rights under local law and can also complain to your own data protection authority.
Where your data goes
We're based in Argentina, and the services above may store information in the United States and other countries. When we use them, we rely on their standard data protection terms for international transfers.
Children
The site is for business owners and isn't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
