About these terms
These terms cover your use of jedcore.com, run by Julian D'Alessandro, trading as Jedcore AI ("Jedcore AI", "we", "us"), registered as a sole trader (monotributista) in Argentina, CUIT [CUIT]. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Information on the site
The site describes our services and shows examples of work we've done. It's general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your business. Results described on the site, such as time saved at a client, are estimates from that client's situation; your results depend on your business.
Prices and paid work
Prices on the site are in US dollars and show what our services usually cost. Early clients may be offered launch pricing, shown in their proposal. The price and scope of any paid work, including the AI Audit, are confirmed in writing before we start, in a proposal or agreement that you accept. That written proposal or agreement, not this page, governs the work, payment, delivery, support and ownership of what we build.
When the site says the audit fee is credited toward a build, the credit applies to a build covered by the proposal that comes with your audit, under the conditions stated there.
Free calls
Booking a free call doesn't commit you, or us, to any paid work. We may decline or reschedule a booking. Please let us know if you can't make it, using the link in your booking confirmation.
Demos
Screens and demos of our work, such as the Landly app, use made-up data. If we offer a demo you can use, don't enter real personal or business information into it; anything you do there may be reset at any time.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Our content
The site's text, design, images, video and logo belong to Jedcore AI or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy the site or its assets for other purposes without asking. Names of other companies and products are used only to describe our work and belong to their owners.
Other services
Some features are provided by other companies, such as Cal.com for booking and Google Meet for calls. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for websites or services we link to but don't control.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Jedcore AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Liability for paid work is set out in the written proposal or agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of [city]. If you're a consumer, you also keep any rights the law where you live gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
