Phone app · Landly

A landlord app I built.

Landly keeps every property, unit, tenant and payment in one place on the landlord's phone. These are its real screens, filled with made-up tenants, properties and rent.

Built in Spanish, for rentals in Argentina. The same app can be built in English, around your properties, bookings or clients.

Landly home screen: rent collected this month against what's expected, who still has to pay, and contracts about to end. Properties screen: three locations with eleven units, each with its monthly rent, building expenses and free units. One building's page: its rent and expenses, notes for the building, and every unit with its tenant and whether it's paid or free. Payments screen for the month: who still has to pay, how much, the due date, and partial payments. Finances screen: the month's result from rent, expenses and costs, a chart of the last six months, rent indexes, and an export button. A tenant's page: contact buttons for WhatsApp and phone, rent and expenses, the active contract's dates, and a payment history month by month.

What it does.

For every property and unit, it keeps:

Each rent payment, how it was paid, and the receipt

Expenses, plus the electricity, water and tax bills

The tenant's information

Put together, it shows how much each property earns, how much it costs, and what's left, at the touch of a button.

Why I built it.

Landlords usually keep this across bank apps, paper receipts, utility emails and a spreadsheet that's never up to date. I built one place where everything a landlord needs to know about their rentals is a tap away.

The same kind of app can be built around your properties, your bookings or your clients, with your brand on it.
